Ingredients
1/2 pint milk can use almond milk
15 fresh sweet strawberries
1 large banana
Rolled oats
1 teaspoon vanilla extracts
1 teaspoon natural honey
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Makes two servings.
