Blend and go,make this delicious and nutrious low-fat smoothie recipe.Whizz banana, strawberries, blueberries and mango, plus honey to add a little sweetness and oats for slow release fuel to kick start you day.

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 banana

1  tbsp porridge oats

80 grams soft fruit- strawberries,blueberries and mango

150 grams milk

1 tsp honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in to a blender and whizz until smooth.

Serve straight away or pour into a bottle and drink and go.
