Here is a quick, simple and easy to make delicious and nutritional Greek salad recipe.Perfect for a summer picnic, BBQ in the garden for all the family to enjoy.

Ingredients
1 medium red onion,thinly sliced
4 large tomatoes,cut into wedges
200 grams reduced fat feta cheese,cut into cubes
100 grams black olives
fresh mint leaves
1 tsp dried oregano
4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tsp lemon juice
sea salt and freshly groung pepper to taste
Method
1.Put the red onion,tomatoes and cucumber in a large bowl, and season to taste with the sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2.Add the fetacheese, black olives and mint leaves on top, sprinkle over the oregano
3.Drizzle over the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice and toss the salad lightly together
Serve.
