Makes 6


135g raspberry jelly cubes

300 ml , 10 fl oz double cream

300 ml, 10 fl oz milk

fresh raspberries to decorate


1.In a large pan place the raspberry jelly cubes with the double cream.

2. Heat to dissolve the jelly carefully stirring,take off the heat and add the milk.

3. Pour into 6 pretty china teacups, leave to chill in the fridge.

4. When ready to serve, decorate each one with fresh rasberries.
