Kick start the New Year with this simply delicious healthy berry fruit smoothie.
Ingredients
450g mixed frozen berry
450g pot fat-free strawberry yogurt
100 ml milk
25g porridge oat
2 tsp honey
Method
With a stick blender whizz together the berries,yogurt and milk until smooth.
Stir through the porridge oats and honey then pour into 4 glasses enjoy!
