Ingredients
1 frozen ripe banana, peeled and sliced
Fresh orange juice
2 oranges, peeled and sliced
Frozen mango chunks
Frozen or fresh pineapple chunks
Instructions
1. In a strong powerful blender blend for 3 minutes the frozen banana and orange juice together until thick, creamy and smooth. Then add the oranges, mango and pineapple. Blend until combined. Serve.
