Sugar cubes
Angostura bitters
Cognac optional (chilled)
Dry Champagne
Instructions
1.Add a sugar cube to the bottom of a chilled tall champagne flute
2. Douse the sugar cube with a splash or two of Angostura bitters
3.Add a slash of cognac
4.Tip the flute at a slight angle and fill with champagne
5.Add a slice of lemon to garnish and serve.
