Lets stay hydrated this summer and turn good old plain water into an explosion of flavour,experiment and have fun infusing your water.The new trend for making your own DIY infused water,

is gaining so much ground and popularity with everyone.Take water to another level of healthy today, with simply infused water with ingredients of your own choice :

Fresh fruits: grapefruit,lemon,lime,oranges,grapes,apples,plums,peaches and cherries.Berries : strawberries,raspberries blueberries and blackberries.

Tropical fruit : pear,mango,pineapple,melon,banana,kiwi,watermelon starfruit and pomegranate.

Vegetables : cucumber,carrot,celery and peppers.

Herbs : mint,sage,rosemary,basil,thyme and lavender.

Spices : ginger,cinnamon stick and black pepper.

Water : plain tap water,filtered water or sparkling water.


7-8 strawberries,sliced



 1/2 cucumber, sliced

ice cubes

 fresh water



1. Wash all the produce.

2.Slice and halve the strawberries,peel and slice the cucumber and slice the lemon and lime.

3.Add all the frui ,cucumber and ice cubes and water to a mason jar or pitcher.

4. Add additional fruit and herbs to garnish,if desired.

5.Infused water is best 2-4 hours after you’ve made it,or you can let it infuse overnight in the refrigerator.
