A delicious tropical mango slush recipe made with fresh mango so refreshing energizing and so healthy to drink.
1L cold water
235ml lemon juice
lime slices, to garnish
ice cubes, crushed
1.Peel the mango and take out the seed and chop the mango into small pieces. Put the chopped mango into a blender and blitz until a puree consistency. Gradually add the cold water, then strain the mango mixture to remove the fibre. In the blender and add the lemon juice and blend together until the sugar is dissolved, then finally add the crushed ice cubes. Serve in a chilled tall glass and add the the lime slices to garnish.
