Easter can only mean one thing,chocolate nest cupcakes.So get the Easter celebrations under way,with this great Easter sweet treat, everyone will love to make and enjoy.
Ingredients
115 grams stork with butter
115 grams caster sugar
2 large eggs
115 grams self-raising flour,sieved
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
For the icing
85 grams stork with butter
1-2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon cocoa
225 grams icing sugar
100 grams mini Cadbury’s mini eggs,to decorate.
Method
1.Preheat the oven to 190*C,170*C Fan ,Gas 5
2.In a mixing bowl put all the cake ingredients in and beat with a wooden spoon for 2-3 minutes
3.Spoon the mixture into 18 paper cases place on to metal baking trays
4.Place them onto the second from the top shelf of a pre-heated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
5.Take the cakes out from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack
6.Beat all the icing ingredients together in a mixing bowl until smooth
7.Spread or pipe the icing mixture over each cake to form a little nest,and pop a few Cadbury’s mini eggs inside each cake.
