Deelux Kitchens is a family-run Cheshire business that has been designing, manufacturing and installing bespoke fitted kitchens since 2004. Every cabinet is built in our own factory in Winsford and every project is personally managed by Jennifer or Michael Jervis, your single point of contact from the first showroom visit through to the final snag. Each carcass is backed by a 15-year guarantee.
We now have two kitchen showrooms located in Chester & Nantwich along with a factory in Winsford where our kitchens are manufactured.
We wanted to provide a service that the larger kitchen showrooms could not offer. Our passion and enthusiasm has helped Deelux Kitchens grow over the years from strength to strength. Meet the Jervis family
Deelux is a family business in the everyday sense of the word. Mike, Andy and Jennifer are in the showrooms, on the phone and in the factory — you'll meet them in person on your project.
Michael "Mike" Jervis
Director & Founder
Founded Deelux in 2004. Runs sales and personally carries out home design visits and in-house measures. Signature line: "Your new kitchen has to give your home the wow factor."
Andrew "Andy" Jervis
Director & Chief Fabricator
Runs the Winsford factory. A perfectionist who won't let anyone else on the team build the carcasses. Signature line: "Nobody else builds my carcasses."
Jennifer "Jenny" Jervis
Kitchen Designer
Designs across both showrooms. Specialism is layout that matches how the customer actually lives — asks about cooking, entertaining, storage and movement before drawing a single cabinet. Signature line: "The best kitchen is the one that fits how you actually live."

Frequently asked questions
Why choose Deelux over a national kitchen chain?
National chains typically sell from a fixed range of imported cabinets through commission salespeople. Deelux designs each kitchen from scratch, builds the cabinets in our own Cheshire factory, and project-manages the install through a named Jervis family member — with no commission sales.
Is Deelux a family-run business?
Yes. Deelux is run by the Jervis family. Michael (Mike) and Andrew (Andy) Jervis are directors, and Jennifer (Jenny) Jervis is our lead kitchen designer. All three are hands-on in the business every day.
How long has Deelux been making kitchens?
Deelux Limited was founded in 2004 and has been designing, manufacturing and installing kitchens from Cheshire ever since.
Are Deelux salespeople paid commission?
No. Deelux does not employ commission-based salespeople. The people you meet in our showrooms are designers and the Jervis family, and their job is to get your kitchen right — not to upsell to hit a quota.
Do Deelux make their own cabinets or buy them in?
We make every cabinet ourselves in our own factory in Winsford, Cheshire. Carcasses are not bought in, imported or sub-contracted.
Where are Deelux's showrooms?
We have two showrooms in Cheshire: Chester (102 Boughton, CH3 5BP) and Warrington (Chapel Lane, Stockton Heath, WA4 6LL).
Can I see a Deelux kitchen before I commit?
Yes. Each of our showrooms has full working displays you can touch, open and try, alongside real samples of every cabinet, finish and worktop we offer. There's no obligation — you're welcome to visit and look around without booking.
What makes Deelux kitchens better quality than a flat-pack range?
Three structural differences: 18 mm board throughout the carcass (versus thinner boards in some flat-pack ranges), solid 18 mm screwed backs (versus 6 mm or 8 mm hardboard pinned backs), and assembly by our own factory team rather than self-assembly. The result is a heavier, more rigid cabinet that we're confident enough to back with a 15-year guarantee.
Is the Jervis family actually involved in my project?
Yes. Mike or Jennifer is likely to greet you in the showroom, Mike will often carry out the home measure, Jennifer may design your kitchen, Andy will personally oversee the cabinet build, and Jennifer or Michael will project-manage the install. You'll meet them — not a corporate hierarchy.
