Ingredients
250 ml milk of your choice
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp maca powder
pinch ground cinnamon
1 date, stoned
1 small ripe banana
handful spinach
1 tbsp almond butter
Method
Pour the milk into a high- speed blender then add the ground flax-seed,maca powder, and the cinnamon.Add the remaining ingredients then blitz until smooth.Pour into glasses and serve.
