Kick start the new year with a delicious, refreshing and nutritious triple berry oat smoothie. Easy to make and packed with rolled oats, mixed berries, dates and honey. You can use frozen blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries. A perfect breakfast time smoothie.

Ingredients
350 ml skimmed milk
20g rolled oats
120g frozen blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and raspberries
1 tbsp honey
2 dates, roughly chopped
Instructions
1. Add all the ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth for about 30 seconds
3. Pour into a glass and serve.
