Ingredients
500 ml carrot juice, chilled
200g fresh pineapple
2 bananas, broken into chunks
1 small piece of ginger, peeled
20g cashew nuts
juice of 1 lime
Instructions
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth. Pour into a glass tumbler or bottle to drink on the go and serve.
