September has arrived, and Autumn is just around the corner.So here’s a delicious and hearty vegetable pasta bake with cheese dish to bring to the table,a firm favourite for all the family to enjoy.

Ingredients
1 medium size onion,chopped
3 cloves garlic
2 tbs olive oil
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
150 grams broccoli,chopped into small florets,cooked
Fresh basil,chopped
16 oz Penn pasta,cooked
Parmesan cheese,grated
Mozzarella cheese,shredded
Method
1.Preheat the oven to 350 F, Gas mark 4
2.In a large pan on a medium heat, saute the onion and garlic with the olive oil,cook the onion until tender
3. Add the chopped tin of tomatoes,basil and broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes
4.Pour the cooked pasta into a casserole dish,then add the vegetable mix,sprinkle with cheese
5.Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and top with additional mozzarella cheese
Serve with fresh sliced crusty bread.
