Absolutely first class kitchen and bathrooms from Deelux. The customer service was amazing and we are absolutely delighted with the results. Nothing was too much trouble for the expert team at Deelux from start to finish. We are so pleased with the quality of the work. Everything was done to schedule and with care and expert attention to detail. Highly recommend Deelux to anyone who wants to feel like a valued customer and wants a high quality kitchen or bathroom that is built to last.

Working with Deelux was a great experience. Jennifer is very knowledgeable and guided us through the design process. Andy carried out the survey and got everything spot on. The quality of the kitchen is great and it was delivered on time without issue. Any questions we asked were answered quickly and it was great to know the Deelux team were on hand. Deelux worked so well with our installation contractor, it was all very slick and stress free.
I can recommend Deelux without hesitation, it's a great family business.

Cannot speak more highly of the service from start to finish on planning and installing the kitchen. We are so happy with the finished design. The team led by Michael worked so hard ( Andrew Mike and Graham). Jenny produced the design.

Amazing service and products.
We had our kitchen designed by Jennifer at Deelux Chester. The design was the the best we had from the many firm we went: great look and very functional. In such a small kitchen Jennifer managed to give us storage space for all our kitchen stuff and more!
The price (for kitchen and installation) was very competitive when compared with other firms. But the quality, wow! You can really feel it is well built. Plus everything was made just a throw of a stone away, in Winsford.
During the whole process Jennifer has been super helpful, even trying to give us recommendations about builders etc that we needed for other works in the house. When the kitchen arrived Gareth was our fitter. He did an astonishing job. The adjustments for covering pipes or fitting in angles that were not exactly 90 degrees, are like artworks. Gareth even did a bit of plumbing to fix what our plumber left behind: absolutely amazing, precise and tidy.
We received a great support from the entire team, very adaptable and understanding.
I would recommend them to anyone!

The whole process of purchasing a kitchen from Deelux has been excellent. Jennifer and Michael were really helpful at the design stage, both had very creative ideas which supplemented our ideas very well. This resulted in a kitchen which has turned out to be far better that we could have envisioned. Jennifer and Michael’s very thorough approach of making sure that all details were sorted and agreed before work commenced lead to a very smooth installation. Deelux organised all of the works and co-ordinated the trades all of whom arrived on time and carried out the works within the schedule in a clean and tidy manner. The works were well executed by an excellent team (Mike, Martin, Paul, Max and Graham) and the team from Grantech. The original schedule was maintained throughout with completion on time. At all times all of the team, as well as being very capable were friendly, flexible and accommodating.

Prior to installation any issues or queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The kitchen was fitted with great attention to detail. A problem with a faulty unit, once identified, was resolved quickly and with no fuss. A very satisfied customer!

From start to finish everything has been above and beyond what I expected. The level of detail they went to was amazing.
Jennifer really helped me when choosing styles, colours and worktops, im abit clueless so she made the whole process super easy. She even sent over a digital render of what my kitchen would like.
I didnt know a thing about kitchens but had a million questions, they took me though everything, everystep of the way and the end result is one very happy customer! Thank you again and I'll be reccomending you to everyone.
