Deelux Kitchens: Crafted for Life
Every Deelux kitchen cabinet carcass is covered by a 15-year guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. The guarantee is provided by Deelux Limited (Companies House 09491063), starts on the date of installation, and covers free repair or replacement of any affected carcass component.
Our cabinets are manufactured to the highest quality, screwed with solid 18mm backs for added strength and durability. Expertly crafted using traditional joinery techniques and premium materials, they are built to withstand the test of life. We believe in the longevity and reliability of our craftsmanship, which is why we stand behind our work with a 15-year guarantee. If any part of your cabinets fails due to normal use within this period, we will repair or replace it, giving you lasting peace of mind and confidence in your investment.

The guarantee applies to the cabinet carcass only — the structural box that the doors, drawers and worktops are fitted to. Items supplied by other manufacturers carry their own warranties, which we pass to you on completion.

- Modifications, repairs or installations by third parties
How to make a guarantee claim
- Contact Deelux — call 01244 345 607 with your order reference and installation date.
- Send photos and a short description so we can identify the affected carcass component.
- Inspection — if needed, we arrange a home visit to confirm the cause and scope of the defect.
- Repair or replacement — we manufacture the replacement at our Cheshire factory and arrange refitting at no cost.

What does Deelux's 15-year cabinetry guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers the cabinet carcass — the structural box (sides, base, top, back panel and fixed shelves) — against failure caused by manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. We will repair or replace any affected carcass component free of charge within 15 years of installation.
Does the guarantee cover doors, drawer fronts and worktops?
No. The 15-year guarantee is for cabinet carcasses only. Doors, drawer fronts, drawer boxes, hinges, runners, worktops, sinks, taps, lighting and appliances are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which we share with you on completion of your kitchen.
When does the 15-year period start?
The guarantee period starts on the date your kitchen is installed by Deelux.
Where are Deelux carcasses made?
Every Deelux carcass is manufactured in our own factory in Cheshire, United Kingdom — not outsourced or imported.
What are Deelux carcasses made from?
Each carcass is built from 18 mm board with a solid 18 mm back, screwed for added rigidity. This is heavier and stronger than the 6 mm or 8 mm hardboard backs commonly found in flat-pack kitchens.
How do I make a claim?
Contact Deelux on 01244 345 607 with your order reference, installation date and photos of the issue. We will arrange an inspection if needed and carry out any approved repair or replacement at no cost to you.

The guarantee is issued by Deelux Limited, registered at 102 Boughton, Chester, CH3 5BP. Company number 09491063 on the UK Companies House register.
