Yes — every consultation is completely free of charge, whether it’s a phone chat, a showroom visit or a home design meeting. We don’t take a deposit at this stage, and you’re under no obligation to proceed.
Rough dimensions and any photos of your current kitchen are helpful but not essential. A list of things you like and dislike about your existing layout — and any inspiration you’ve saved — gives us a flying start.
A phone consultation is typically 15–20 minutes. A first showroom meeting usually takes 45–60 minutes. A home design visit runs about an hour including a measure.
No. You’ll meet a Jervis family director or designer — not a commission-paid salesperson. We’ll talk through your project honestly, quote transparently, and leave you to think it over. Most of our customers come back via a family member or friend; we’d rather earn that kind of recommendation than make a hard sell.
If you’d like to progress after your first meeting, we’ll produce a photoreal 3D render of your new kitchen in your chosen finishes — completely free of charge. It’s the clearest way to see how the space will feel before you commit.
Absolutely. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to reschedule or cancel, or you can call the showroom directly. Life happens — it’s no problem.
