Maybury Beaded — Beaded shaker, painted
Fitted home office range
Heavier beaded shaker with deeper frame profile — characterful study for period homes.
Maybury Beaded is our heaviest home office shaker — a deeper frame profile and a bolder bead detail give every door more presence than the lighter Bramley. The kind of door we recommend when the home office is the focal room of a period property and needs to feel architectural rather than decorative.
Strong choice for grade II listed buildings, Georgian and early-Victorian townhouses, country houses and any room where the workspace shares walls with original mouldings, picture rails or panelled wainscoting. Pair with a deep heritage paint colour (we can match historic ranges through our paint-to-order service) for a study that earns its place in the architecture.
Available in any of our trade partner’s 30+ painted finishes — from soft off-whites and warm neutrals through to deep heritage greens, navies and charcoals. The full palette is on display at our Chester and Warrington showrooms, alongside a paint-to-order service for matching specific heritage colours.
Five-piece solid timber frame with a deep bead profile run on the inside edge. Centre panel is furniture-grade MDF, rebated into the frame. Doors are 18 mm thick, hand-painted and fitted to 18 mm rigid Deelux carcasses with Blum 110° soft-close hinges. The bead detail catches light differently from across the room than a standard shaker, giving Maybury Beaded a distinct character at distance.
Maybury Beaded shares the same door range and painted palette with the Deelux ranges below. Running the same door across the study, bedroom and kitchen gives a coherent finish across rooms — same paint references, same supplier, same Winsford-built cabinets behind the doors.
