Storm is our cool blue-grey — think gathering-rain-cloud rather than navy. It reads as a sophisticated mid-tone in the room and is one of the best choices if you like blue but do not want a full-colour blue kitchen.
In a Deelux kitchen, Storm is hand-painted and factory matt, and it suits either modern handleless or traditional Shaker ranges. Within our collection, Storm appears on ranges including Brackenbury Oak & Painted Collection, Sensia and Pollino True Handleless. Because every cabinet is built and finished at our own Winsford factory in Cheshire, we can paint Storm across the full collection — including on bespoke larder, pantry and island designs that are not on the standard range page.
Storm is a colour that rewards careful pairing. For worktops, we usually specify a veined white quartz, honed oak or a concrete-effect Dekton; for handles, brushed brass, matt black or aged pewter; and underfoot, wide-plank oak or a pale porcelain all work well. Storm is also very commonly chosen as a two-tone — pairs beautifully with Porcelain, Cashmere or a deeper Midnight Blue island. Your designer will bring door, worktop and handle samples to your consultation so you can see the combinations in hand before committing.
Every Storm Deelux kitchen is bespoke — no flat-pack, no off-the-shelf units. Each cabinet is cut, drilled, edged, painted and assembled to your exact plans at our Winsford factory, with 18mm solid backs, screwed (not dowelled) construction, soft-close Blum hinges and our fifteen-year cabinet guarantee. Common questions
How much does a Deelux kitchen cost?
Compact modern kitchens start at £7,500 supplied and fitted. Most customers sit between £11,000 and £20,000 for a medium L-shape or island kitchen. Hand-painted in-frame ranges run up to £35,000+.
Do you offer finance?
No. Deelux does not offer finance, credit or monthly payments. Deposit on sign-off, balance on delivery and installation — no APR, no upsell pressure.
How long from order to installation?
8–10 weeks for modern ranges, 10–14 weeks for hand-painted in-frame, from signed order to installed kitchen.
Where are your kitchens made?
Every cabinet is built in our own factory in Winsford, Cheshire. Nothing is imported or outsourced.
Can I visit a showroom?
Yes — our three Cheshire showrooms are in Chester, Nantwich and Warrington. Open Monday–Saturday, 10:00–17:00.

Here at Deelux we manufacture our kitchens in our own factory in Winsford, Cheshire, therefore each unit can be custom made without that hefty bespoke price tag. From design through to installation, we are your helping hand to make this project as stress-free as possible.
